1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 pinches salt
10 to 15 grinds black pepper
Put everything into a jar and shake well. Refrigerate.
